Teaching & Supervision
Tilburg University
I hold the University Teaching Qualification (BKO, 2021) and teach across the bachelor and master programs of the Tilburg School of Social and Behavioral Sciences. Since 2025 I also serve as Bachelor Coordinator for the Management and Organization program, supporting the program director in managing the curriculum.
Current courses
Advanced topics in management and organization studies. Students work in teams to produce a consultancy report and develop a “serious game” concept.
First-year students learn the fundamentals of academic research and develop competences in presenting, Excel, and teamwork.
Fundamentals of project management techniques alongside financial management basics from accounting and finance.
Thesis & PhD supervision
I supervise bachelor theses in the Organization and Management Studies program, and previously supervised master theses in the Strategic Management and International Management programs, as well as bachelor internships. Since 2024, I co-supervise PhD candidate Jingni He together with dr. Francesca Ciulli and Prof. dr. Tine Buyl.
Earlier teaching
Between 2018 and 2022 I taught, among others, Organisatie & Strategie, Cross-Cultural Comparative Management, Strategy for Pre-Master, Creative Entrepreneurship, and Projectmanagement IBA, and gave an invited lecture on Python for the bachelor course Computer Programming.
